Darren is a Chartered Surveyor and Corporate Fire & Building Engineer. He is a UK registered Expert Witness and a National Council member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club – a leading club for the dissemination and sharing of knowledge relating to the Party Wall (etc) Act 1996.

Darren has over 10 years experience in the property industry in Architecture, project management, development and construction. Prior to his current role, Darren was a Director of Hydon – a South West based property development company.

Raf is a Chartered Architectural Technologist with 40 years experience in Architecture both in the UK and abroad covering a wide range of construction projects including historic buildings, commercial developments, large scale housing projects through to prestigious marinas such as Ocean Village in Southampton. Raf originally founded Frias-Robles Associates in 1995 after leaving his appointment as a Director of the Guy Pound Group Practice – a regional multidisciplinary firm of Architects based in the South of England.

Raf leads the design team and provides technical support and advice to our clients throughout the construction of their development projects
