Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience, be comfortable to work on a number of projects at the same time and enjoy working on both contemporary and traditional buildings. Enthusiasm, determination and good design ability are essential, alongside a proven experience of preparing technical drawings and production information.

The role will mainly be based on undertaking traditional building surveying duties which will include design, specification and administration of a wide range of refurbishment and new build construction projects, together with building and condition surveys, repairs, defects diagnosis and Party Wall work.  It is a lead role with team support which will be both demanding and rewarding.
